It is such an honor to be awarded 2 Music NB Awards!! One for Collaborative Musician and another for Educator of the Year! 2013 has turned out to be one heck of a year!! Congrats to all the nominees and winners.. We've got a lot of incredible talent here in our province!!
Alaska Live

I recently got to go to Alaska to perform and teach at a festival called The Far North Fiddle Fest. It was in Fairbanks Alaska and I couldn't have asked for more of a welcoming experience. I even got to catch up with The Treble while I was there and do a radio show called "Alaska Live". Check it out!:

CALIFORNIA TOUR

Wow! What an incredible two weeks on the West Coast. Starting in San Francisco we drove to Bishop where we performed at Millpond, a great festival nestled in a valley of mountains creating the most amazing back drop to our concert. We got to see so much on this trip, everything from Mono Lake, Bodie Ghost Town and Convict Lake. We saw a beautiful side of the country as we drove through Y to Grass Valley. One of our favorite stops was at the KVMR Celtic Festival where we performed 5 shows and met an awesome borhan drum player, Chris Dunlap, who even played a few tunes with us! A few weeks ago I got a call to collaborate with an amazing band from Manitoba called The Treble. We recorded and shot a video for the song "Abeline". It was such a wonderful experience and so great to work with such an amazingly talented band. They are stealing heart across North America with their incredible music and charming good looks!
